We are Byron (writing this) & Dave and we are cacti obsessed.
I always find these sort of tasks awkward, to write about yourself and who you are.
So, I will keep it strictly to cacti.
My journey with cacti began in 2018 when I was gifted a Pachanoi (San Pedro) cactus and unfortunately, I actually killed him from over watering and babying. A valuable lesson was learnt that day.
Fast forward a few years and I now have over 6000 plants at all stages of life, my biggest problem is that I don’t have enough space and my wife thinks I have lost my mind.
The longer we go, the more we love this wonderful hobby.
Dave, my brother in law, has been an extremely important part of this journey and has helped the business infrastructure evolve and automate where possible. Dave is now a director and shareholder of Cactocereus Ltd, he is my ride or die.
His willingness to get cracking and automate anything and everything related to growing these wonderful plants is unmatched and I am eternally grateful for his skills, input and never die attitude (despite my ADHDness :-).
We are a professional plant supplier, which, is a new UK legal requirement for long distance sales and I issue plant passports with each sale.
