Shipping
All our cacti are shipped bare root, meaning, without soil (substrate) or pots. This is mainly to protect the plants from damage while in transit. Please ensure you have suitable substrate and a pot ready for your new plant on arrival.
There is an option to purchase premium substrate and a suitable pot as an add-on while ordering, this is completely optional.
Returns
We offer a 30 day return window from the day you receive your order. If you are unhappy with your plant and would like to return it, please contact us first so we can confirm the return details.
If the return is not due to damage, poor plant condition, or an issue with the plant supplied, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the plant to us. Plants must be packed securely for the return journey and should be returned in the condition received.
If your plant arrives damaged or you believe it has arrived in an unhealthy condition, please email clear, focused photos to [email protected] as soon as possible. Please include photos of the whole plant and close-up photos of the specific issue so we can assess the condition and start the returns process.
Where a return is required for a reported damage or plant health issue, the buyer is responsible for sending the plant back initially. Please keep proof of postage. Once the plant has been received, we will assess it. If the issue is confirmed to be valid, we will refund the reasonable return postage cost.
We will endeavour to ensure that your plants arrive pest free and in good condition. We use a combination of bubble wrap, paper towels and cardboard to keep your new plants safe while in transit.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
