  • Locality: Northern form (self-fertile).

  • Grown from seed.

Please take note of the images provided, I have tried to get all angles so that you can see the condition of the plant. He had some spider mite challenges a few years ago, you can see he has nearly fully grown out of the marks.

Lophophora Care

  • Substrate: Very gritty mix with little to no organic material (fertilise with each feed)
  • Watering: Spring to Autumn (April to September), infrequently. They can handle a lot of moisture but if things go south, they go south quickly. Best to abuse over baby them.
  • Light: Natural or artificial (while young), South facing window or greenhouse.
