Please select which option you would like between Premium and Standard. The Standard mix is perfectly great for most people, the premium version just has some added inorganic components (Azomite etc) but are pricey now so I have to charge extra for it.
Choosing the right substrate composition is quite important as it needs to be nutrient rich while still very high draining. Cacti like a wet / dry rotation so the substrate mix needs to be gritty to allow for drainage and for the roots to dry out quickly.
This substrate mix is the best that has worked for me personally. All ingredients are carefully and sustainably sourced.
The mix has 3 goals in common:
- Gritty and free draining
- Retains water without being “wet”
- Rich in minerals
There is nothing stopping you from buying the components individually and making your own substrate mix, I am just offering some pre made mixes for ease of use and not having to spend a fortune buying everything individually.

- True John Innes No2 (peat based for now)
- Premium worm castings
- Mycorrhizae Root Enhancer with added Trchoderma
- Life Cycle fertiliser
Inorganic (Mineral)
- Pumice
- Molar
- Horticultural Grit
- Sharp Sand
- Azomite
- Lava Rock sand
PLEASE NOTE: Not all ingredients are available all the time, if something is not available, I have to pivot. But, I use the best that is available on the market, simple.

Originally I changed my mind on my order, and Bryon gave me a refund straight away.
I reordered a bundle and I wasn't at all let down with the quality when delivered. It was very well. Packed, and was also a fast delivery.
