Absolutely chuffed with my Pachanoi seedling! Very healthy cactus, and it was well packaged. Had a little mishap with Royal Mail in which they "lost" the package for about 8 days, which caused it to become a little thirsty and the tip to go a little white, but Byron was very communicative and offered advice (and even a replacement if it etiolated too much) and it is very clear they care about their customers, and them receiving healthy plants at their door step. I will be purchasing from here again!
